At Hwealthy, we strive to ensure the highest quality in every product we deliver. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or the packet is torn, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product packet is torn, damaged, or tampered at the time of delivery.
  • You inform us immediately upon receipt of the damaged product.
  • The product is unopened and unused.

How to Report a Damaged Product

  1. Contact our customer support team immediately at support@hwealthy.com
  2. Share clear photos or video evidence of the torn/damaged packet.
  3. Provide your order ID and delivery details.

Inspection and Approval

  • Once your complaint is registered, our team will inspect the evidence and may arrange for a pickup if required.
  • Returns are accepted only after inspection and approval by our team.
  • If approved, you can choose either a full refund or a replacement of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are opened, used, or reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
