At Hwealthy, we strive to ensure the highest quality in every product we deliver. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or the packet is torn, we are here to help.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product packet is torn, damaged, or tampered at the time of delivery.
- You inform us immediately upon receipt of the damaged product.
- The product is unopened and unused.
How to Report a Damaged Product
- Contact our customer support team immediately at support@hwealthy.com
- Share clear photos or video evidence of the torn/damaged packet.
- Provide your order ID and delivery details.
Inspection and Approval
- Once your complaint is registered, our team will inspect the evidence and may arrange for a pickup if required.
- Returns are accepted only after inspection and approval by our team.
- If approved, you can choose either a full refund or a replacement of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are opened, used, or reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
